Return Policy

3. Return process

Return the goods: Please follow the instructions in the email and safely pack the returned goods and send them back to the designated address. It is recommended to use a logistics service with tracking function so that both parties can understand the logistics status at any time.
Refund processing: After we receive and confirm that the returned goods are correct, we will immediately start the refund process. The refund will usually be returned to your payment account within 5 working days. The specific arrival time may be affected by the processing speed of the bank or third-party payment platform.

4. Precautions

Special products (such as customized products, consumables, etc.) may not be subject to this return policy. Please read the special instructions on the product details page carefully before purchasing.
If the return is caused by product quality problems, in addition to the above process, we will also bear the corresponding responsibilities in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, including but not limited to return shipping compensation.
